Can we have the whole sentence ? we need to review the context of the phrase in order to interpret better Clinking-beer-mugs4

Actually, it was inserted in an idiotic disclaimer sent by opposing counsel's legals team.  They claim it was a common term, so I thought I field it out to the various forums to see how many people would know this common term.  Obviously, it is not a common term and so I removed the verbiage and re-drafted a new contract without it.  Thanks for the input.

The lack of response was the answer I was looking for.
