ngoài oatmeal /bran ....ăn giup hạ cholesterol , còn loai. rau qua? nào khác giúp không ha ace ?
mình nghe nói lay trái pumpkin xay voi nuoc roi lọc lại uóng cũng giúp

Không cần ăn hết cục thịt , cắn tí xíu cho đo*~ thèm ...cũng OK mà , hay bỏ co*m nhu* mình đi thì co* hội ăn cục mo*~ đó rất ít !

Nói chung là tránh thịt dầu mở, bột đường...ăn thay bằng cá, rau cải, excercise đầy đủ...
Mấy cái grain cũng là bột với đường, ăn nhiều cũng không tốt...
Ăn gì giống nấy, ăn thịt ba rọi với trứng hoài sẽ tròn vo...
Ăn cá nhiều xương ít thịt...sẽ ốm như cá vì lo lựa xương không hết ăn luôn
Thôi moderation, mỗi thứ một ít đâu có sao...
Còn ghiền candy thì nhai chewing đở, đói mà chưa đến giờ cơm thì uống nước trước coi sao...
