Mình đang coi food trucks in Vegas

Có ai hay mua ở mấy food trucks này ko?

Ở AZ có nhiều food truck event lắm, nó bán mắc như quỉ, vì phải trả nhiều overhead lắm 

Đi coi và mua ăn chơi cho rộn đám thì được Rollin

Có lần Seafood Festival, hàng Lobster Roll sắp hàng dài ngoẳng

There are 2 tacos trucks parked in 1 gas station on my way to work everyday.  Lol good number of customers every time i passed by.

You have to register at the event, and they take a certain percentage of your profit

You have to go dump waste in a approved location and it costs money

You have to have special permit to operate

They don't run 7 days a week like restaurant, therefore they have to have more markup to make up for rainy days 

A good truck, custom built, big enough to operate will cost 100k

Tưởng đồ ăn bán ở food trucks phải rẻ hơn ăn restaurant vì ít overhead costs chứ!

đi chợ mua trứng . sẳn mua thêm dầu , chảo , gas ... những món linh tinh để chiên trứng và cưới vợ về để she chiên trứng .... xem lời lỗ ra sao

Foods trucks event chổ Tea ở hay thường có vào cuối tuần.

Aug 29-Sept 3 
Ở đây sắp có Rib cookoff event, SB qua đây tha hồ ăn ribs Please  :dance: Lol Biggrin

Phải cho người ta tính tiền công và tiền săng đi chợ rồi tiền công đứng chiên cái trứng và điện/dầu ăn nửa chứ!
