modeator aka mod (in short) is a person who moderates an Internet forum or online discussion.
moderate has one of the meaning: monitor (an Internet forum or online discussion) for inappropriate or offensive content.
ìf a mod say something "inappropriate or offensive content" but still not be ban but still be a mod then this forum consider these words , thoughts ... are appropriate , then it's a shame.
