Despite some people disagreeing with SCOTUS, I am siding with their decision on this one.
The US Supreme Court has rightly chosen to refrain from intervening in state court proceedings until all appeals have been exhausted. However, once they take up Trump’s case, they will deliver a decisive ruling in his favor. The state court’s actions constitute glaring judicial overreach, prosecuting a case beyond its jurisdiction, pursuing charges without an actual victim, trampling on Trump’s constitutional right to a fair trial, and blatantly disregarding the statute of limitations. Such egregious legal violations will not withstand scrutiny at the highest level. 🤓😁
