Bread flour nhìn mền, phồng to ngon quá SB
Điệu này phải mua thêm 1 bag bread fl & AP lâu lâu nhồi bột làm bánh
Nhìn bánh làm từ AP, trên mạng toàn chỉ dùng AP thôi.
Bánh Tiêu (for 12)
2 + ¾ cup all purpose flour
210 ml water
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbs oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp active dry yeast
white sesame seeds
Dissolve the yeast in the water, then put the dry ingredients + oil in a bowl then slowly add in the yeast water while kneading, if doing it by hand, it will take 20 minutes until the dough is smooth, if using kitchen aid, just mix until the dough is smooth. Note that if the dough is too wet or dry, add more flour or water 1 tbs at a time, then form the dough into a ball, put it in a big bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour (best to leave it in the oven with the light on), after 1 hour, take the dough out, knead for a few minutes, then divide it into 12 portions (around 55 gram each), then form it into balls, cover with damp cloth then let it rest for 20 minute, after that roll the balls in sesame seeds like in the video, then roll the balls out, it shouldn’t be too thin or thick, around ½ inch is good, finish rolling out the whole batch then start frying with the first piece on medium-low heat. You can fry multiple pieces at once if making big batch, but if you’re making just one batch, then you should fry one at a time. Obviously you don’t have to continuously flip over and spin it around, however, it cooks very fast so please pay attention the whole entire time! But yes, spinning and flipping will help it fluff up and browns evenly.
