At what age and why?  At 18 a person can vote and die for his/her country but cannot have his/her constitutional rights?

just like you can legally own a car , but can only do 25 miles per hour in a residential zone , just like freedom of speech , but can't yell FIRE in a crowded place ....

this is like a father who has an 18 years old daughter , and she is free to do anything she wants but you still have some restriction for her ....
