Air Force Lt. Gen. addresses cadets about racism incident
Lt. Gen. Jay Silveria, superintendent of the Air Force Academy, stood all his 4,000 cadets at attention Thursday to deliver a message on racial slurs found written on message boards at the academy's preparatory school.
After racist incidents on campus, Air Force Academy head takes public stand
African-American cadets at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado were targeted this week with racial slurs. The lieutenant general in charge, a combat veteran, responded with a lesson in leadership, and a powerful message against racism. Barry Petersen reports.
Comments:
1/ Regardless of this being a Hoax,I truly appreciate the message this man had for us all. A ton of RESPECT. Ty
2/ The media falsely tries to call this a hoax.
A hoax is a deception, without any intent to harm.
The black cadet that wrote the messages, had intent to harm the reputation of the non-black cadets.
So, the black cadet, in his use of the phrase "Go home N.......", was guilty of malicious deception.
3/ It has now been discovered that the student who posted the messages was black. Why is You Tube still showing the original report of the accusation as the top selections when I specifically searched for: "black student admits posting racist posts at air force academy?" This is ridiculous and shows something is not right with what is going on here!
4/ " that is a real leader! Is the proper way to lead his people"
Is a huge difference between a real leader! Than a chomp like trump who lives mocking, hurting, degrading people on his mettings!
This man! Is a real leader not a chomp! My respect
5/ Turns out a black guy actually wrote this on his own dorm
5a/ How do you know?
5b/ he admitted it after that he did it on his own door
