Ingredients:
VỎ BÁNH
1 bịch KIMTỰTHÁP bột bánh giò 12oz/340 grams
5.5 cups of water
1 muổng lưng teaspoon bột nêm rau cải
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 xấp frozen lá chuối
3 yards of dây nhựa aka nilon
NHƯNG BÁNH
1 cup nấm mèo
1 củ hành trắng
2/3 cup of Vege Lucky Ham
2/3 cup of Vegetable Tofu
1/2 teaspoon tiêu sọ/đen
1/2 teaspoon bột nêm rau cải
1 1/2 tablespoons of fried shallots
2 muổng tablespoons of carrot
Làm ra được bảy cái bánh giò....
