Wow, even mi goi looks good and yummy if prepared by a chef <3
Now I am hungry.
Anyway, just want to say enjoy it. I saw a thread about intermittent fasting but didn't get a chance to respond. Yes that does work. I do it every now and then, especially àfter the monthly thing. The trick is to stop eating àfter 4PM (yes that early). My nẽxt meal would be around 8 AM the next morning so that is a 16 hrs window, for your body to break down and metabolize everything as well as to repair, rest, etc... and utilize every bit of food effectively. Then by 8 AM I eat a HUGE breakfast, enough to replenish all that has been emptied in the last 16 hours. Then a decent size lunch (almost as big as the breakfast). I snack throughout the day too, and something light around 4 to power me through zumba and yoga or whatever I feel like doing in the evening. This has kept me at 96 - 100 lbs steadily. All the dancing or funcercises help keep you toned, fit, lean, emotionally positive and balanced.
