If you are looking for Altima then 35K is too much.  That price is probably for Maxima :)

If you have Costco membership you should look into buying a car through them.  I did and it saved me a lot of time from driving around to different dealers and dealing with the salesmen.  The price was good too.  Comparable to what Edmunds suggested.
