Life is good and Trump is what I was expected for the stock market. Kinda risky but I am not worry. It's just a bonus with/without it. Finally, two more weeks to end my 11 months vacation and start retirement.
I usually plan ahead before apply for mileage cards. If I plan to go somewhere, I would look to see what airplane and what visa would get better point for it

then cancel after a year. Credit score seems not matter to me. I usually get over 840 points up. So when you apply for a loan, they scan your credit and bank record to see your assets and look like you have cash in the bank or stock accounts, they don't care much. As long as you have at least 820 points, you would get the lowest interest.
Planning to return to Tahiti one more time, I like it here better than Hawaii. It's similar as Hawaii where people are more friendly. It's cost more to travel to Tahiti

at least 5K for a week trip.
Anyway, Trump has pumped more cash to my account

The loss in 2022 was recovered in 2023 and 2024 keeps growing to what I have expected. Probably keep for 2 more years, then rollover all to CD with min. interest at 4%, this annual interest is enough to enjoy that I won't have ever to touch any cash.
If you invest in stock market, pay attention to FAS. If the market ever crashes in the future, go all in for FAS

I have reserved cash to ready get in FAS again if market crashes. I am thinking to sell what I am holding if it keeps going up to $200. Otherwise, I can hold for while without problem.
