That's a good dividends income there. I think I have 300k in Roth, If I buy CD in Roth, I would gain 15k each year where it's no tax on gain. The stock market is probably still going up so I will stay and keep as it for another year before move all out for CD.

Europe is next but not sure when. And no more tour, this time would be 1 city at a time. 

HOA is one of the reason I sold the big house. When I submitted the app to build a driveway to the left side of the house for the boat or RV, they didn't allow it, they don't want to make the front yard looks ugly with concrete. They wanted me to use temporary plastic pads to drive over the grass. No HOA allows you to park boat or RV on driveway because the public view.

Ta Dung Lake is also synthetic, brother? My experience with Vietnamese girls, especially in the countryside, is that they are rustic, sweet, and naturally pretty.
