No. Technically Christians are not supposed to hate anyone as the Christ himself to love your neighbors as yourself and every person in the world is our neighbor. However, many Christians fail miserably at this command. Also, people also misinterpret disagreement and caution between groups as hate.
Plus, not every Christian sadly wants to obey Jesus because they rather obey OT law instead or a specific preacher, teacher, politician, cultural/regional belief and/or some paranoid thought.
