Personally, I believe that LLC is not necessary for trading. You will lose more money from the content of the LLC, rather than just open an individual entrepreneur.
Of course, I understand why some people open an LLC when trading, they just think that they will avoid large taxes, since the sole proprietor pays more taxes than the LLC, but when you maintain an entire LLC company, you need more money than just paying a tax check by trading with the sole proprietor.
I am currently trading on rsi forex and met a like-minded person who told me a story about how he opened an LLC for trading in 2019 and failed on it, as he had too much interference and fuss.
