Ở rest thì họ chỉ bake tới light brown, cái này Tea bake thêm vài phút cho đẹp.

Bánh có vị béo, mặn mặn, thơm của bơ..




Recipe from Pinterest
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of tapioca starch
- 1/2 cup of Vegetable oil ... Tea dùng unsalted butter instead ..
- 2 eggs at room temp
- 1 Tsp salt
- 2 Tsp sugar (Tea added thêm)
- 3/4 cup Parmesan
- 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

1. Blend them all well in blender, then pour mixture into mini muffin pan
2. Bake at 400 degree for 12-15mins or until “light” golden brown => Tea baked 20mins instead.
