The President is not above the Constitution, as long as the NRA upholds the Constitution, there is no democrats or republicans can take away the rights of the people. Cái lý luận của phe tả cứ chéo cẵng ngỗng. Trump độc tài, sắp mất nước cho Nga, cảnh sát bạo hành, quân đội là những kẻ sát nhân vv nhưng người dân không được quyền tàng trữ vũ khí. Nếu suy nghĩ như họ thì người dân càng phải vũ trang, sẵn sàng chiến đấu bảo vệ nền dân chủ chống lại kẻ độc tài và quân ngoại xâm.

Tôi thì thấy cách suy nghĩ của phe hữu là không chịu compromise hoặc đánh lận con đen giống như đám cầm đầu NRA. Mở miệng ra là tuyên bố ngáo ộp doạ người dân là phe tả đòi xé bỏ the 2nd Amendment. Đa số chỉ muốn có "gun control" chứ không có ai đòi cấm dân chúng mua súng hay sở hữu súng. Thật là lạ khi không cho mua bia cho đến khi 21 nhưng lại cho mua súng khi mới 18.

Gun control là sao? Hiến pháp viết rõ ràng là “the righ of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed”. Không infringe mà control. Nếu đủ can đảm sửa lại hiến pháp rồi control.
18 tuổi là công dân bầu cử ứng cử được rồi nên hiến pháp áp dụng. Chẳng có gì là lạ khi quyền mua bẻer không nằm trong hiến pháp. Chỉ lạ cho những người chẳng biết hoặc xem thường hiến pháp. Ý kiến của bất cứ ai cũng chẳng cao hơn hiến pháp |
