Bánh Coconut Lemon Muffins - cook1 - 2018-10-23 Bánh Coconut  Lemon Muffins Thực Hành By Tofu Thành Phần:       1 hộp lemon supreme ( bán sẵn ở chợ )       3 large eggs        1 cup water       1/3 cup vege. Oil       1 cup coconut flakes  ( chị bõ thêm vô ) Cách làm:   - Preheat oven 350F( nếu là khuôn metal / glass ) hay 325F cho khuôn dark   ( Note : chị bake trong muffin khuôn nên lót baking cup , không cần phải grease khuôn )  - Blend cake mix + water+oil and eggs in the large bowl at low speed until moistened ( 30sec ) then Beat at medium speed for 2 mịn ,     Pour mixture in pans and bake immediately  - Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean    - Bake 15-18 min for muffin pan -Chị làm 2 hộp bánh ra được 1 basket như bên trên  ̀
