During the course, don't ask any philosophical questions. Ask only technical ones.
- Bring activated charcoal, digestive enzymes, Lactaid, Gas X, Beano because your digestive system will be sluggish.
- Build your core for long sits at home (before attending the course) by sitting up without back support while reading, watching TV, etc.
- Find your comfortable sitting posture, bring your own comfortable cushion and a blanket instead of looking for ones provided at the center. You can request a chair to sit while meditation; try not to lean back on the seat.
- Bring armrest, especially if your arms are shorter than your torso. It will help to relax your shoulders and your trapezius because you'll have your arm weights on the arm rest.
- If you're pregnant and close to your delivery day, don't attend this 10 day course. Otherwise, you'll be fine.
