The website says “not secure vietbestforum” on the top of the screen. Why does my account keep logging out of the website?

You must have some type of application such as Bitdefender Antivirus or similar installed on your device.  Try to add an exception for VB site.  You can also try a different browser.

I didn’t use laptop to log in, I used phone. 
I have no idea what are the reasons? 
I even saw a guest nick posting in cooking forum 2 weeks ago.
I’m not delusion of what I saw  or is VB website still
having problems?

It could be cache issue.  Try to clear browser cache and reboot.

Yup, I refreshed the screen, it’s gone.
Why did it occur?

Cache and screen refresh issues on your device.  I don't have that.
