Disclaimer:  These are my votes on the propositions.  If you would like a more detailed explanation of a particular proposition, I am more than happy to share my thoughts.  Please tell me which number you would like a more elaborate perspective.  Lastly, it's ok if my perspective differs from yours.  No need to bang your head against the wall until it hurts.  Also, "sticks and stones will . . ." you get the idea.   Shy

Proposition 15: Shifts commercial and industrial income tax dollars to property tax dollars: Yes.
Proposition 16: Repeals 1996 repeal of affirmative action: Yes.
Proposition 17: Person can vote while on parole: Yes.
Proposition 18: 17-year-olds can vote in primary if 18 by general election: Yes.
Proposition 19: Broadens realty tax-basis shifting (similar to prior rejected proposition): No.
Proposition 20: Weakens sentencing reform propositions 47 and 57 from 2014 and 2016: No.
Proposition 21: Rent-Control (similar to prior rejected proposition): Probably No.
Proposition 22: Repeals ride-share drivers employment protections: No.
Proposition 23: Requires doctors in dialysis clinics.  Probably No.
Proposition 24: Weakens the California Consumer Privacy Act.  No.
Proposition 25: Affirms 2018 law replacing cash bail system.  Yes.
