Sau vụ cháy cái nóc, sửa mấy năm rồi vẫn chưa xong. Chỉ một cái nhà thờ mà thôi. Bên Ukraine, vô số cơ sở có giá trị văn hóa bị hủy hoại.

KYIV, May 2 (Reuters) - Russia has rerouted internet traffic in the occupied Ukrainian region of Kherson through Russian communications infrastructure, the internet service disruption monitor NetBlocks said on Monday.

The move appeared aimed at tightening Moscow's grip on a region where it claims it has taken full control. Russia-appointed authorities in parts of Kherson have said the region would start using the Russian rouble on May 1.

London-based NetBlocks said it had tracked a near-total internet blackout across Kherson region on Saturday that affected various Ukrainian providers. Connection was restored after several hours, but various metrics showed traffic was now going through Russia.
"Connectivity on the network has been routed via Russia’s internet instead of Ukrainian telecoms infrastructure and is hence likely now subject to Russian internet regulations, surveillance, and censorship," NetBlocks said on its website.

Britain's Ministry of Defence said on Sunday that Russian moves in the region are "likely indicative of Russian intent to exert strong political and economic influence in Kherson over the long term".
It pointed to statements about the use of the rouble and rejections of the possibility of the region's return to Ukrainian control.
Kirill Stremousov, the deputy head of what Russia calls the "civil-military regional administration" of Kherson, told Russia's RIA news agency on Thursday that a four-month window when Ukraine's hryvnia and Russia's rouble were both in circulation would start on May 1.

Ukraine admits losing control of the majority of Kherson region, including the eponymous regional capital, but says its armed forces are beating back Russian attempts to reach the province's boundaries.

 On Saturday, the German Air Force identified a Russian reconnaissance aircraft off Rügen and responded by raising two Eurofighters in alarm. A Russian aircraft recently entered Swedish airspace.

A Russian reconnaissance aircraft approaching over the Baltic Sea has alerted the German Air Force.

As a reaction, two Eurofighters from the Laage air base in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania rose to an alarm start on Saturday, as the German Press Agency learned.

The Russian machine was identified in international airspace off the island of Rügen.

The alarm squad from the two German machines accompanied the Russian aircraft in international airspace away from Germany.

Denmark had already summoned the Russian ambassador to the Foreign Ministry for an interview.

Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod justified this on Sunday by saying that a Russian military aircraft had entered Danish airspace.

According to Swedish information, a Russian AN-30 propeller aircraft also violated Swedish airspace east of the Danish Baltic Sea island of Bornholm.

Four Russian fighter jets entered the airspace over Sweden in early March.

The Swedish Ministry of Defense in Stockholm had criticized the incident as "completely unacceptable".

Especially in view of the "general security situation", the airspace violation was "very inappropriate", said Defense Minister Peter Hultqvist, according to the television station SVT.

Airspace violations have also recently taken place over direct NATO territory, reports Die Welt.

As the alliance announced, in the past four days there have been several situations in which Russian aircraft have invaded NATO airspace over the Baltic and Black Seas.

"Allied warplanes were on their way to pursue and intercept the Russian planes."

CNN has learned that the equipment was removed from an Agrotek dealership in Melitopol, which has been occupied by Russian forces since early March. Altogether it's valued at nearly $5 million. The combine harvesters alone are worth $300,000 each.
CNN is not naming a contact in Melitopol familiar with the details of the case for their own safety.

Dạ kinh khủng lắm ngũ ca ơi.   

Nhiều người bị xâm hại mà kg dám nói cho ai biết nữa vì vậy bên Red Cross và vài tổ chức thiện nguyện khác dựng lên những trung tâm counseling, ở Poland hiện giờ có hơn 10 trung tâm rải rác để giúp cho những nạn nhân cả người lớn lẫn trẻ em Ukraine đã bị lính Nga xâm hại.  Nói chuyện, support cho người lớn đã khó, đối diện với mấy bé còn khó hơn gấp trăm ngàn lần.  Mấy bé bị traumatize đến độ thấy người là la hét uncontrollably như gặp quái vật.
